We recently bought a house in Carrollton and then listed and sold our previous Carrollton home – both with Warren’s assistance.  We had been contemplating making a move for a long time and had a specific list of “must haves” in the new house.  Warren was very efficient in finding homes that met our criteria, scheduling the viewings, grouping them together to minimize the time we spent.  After the first couple of houses Warren had good insight as to what would work for us and helped appraise and critique each listing.  We selected our new home and negotiated the purchase price over two weekends.  Warren was knowledgeable about the contracts, the estimate of closing costs, the timetable to closing, and also had good advice on the inspectors to use to complete the sale. 

When we had our previous house ready to market Warren was right on top of it.  We had over 60 showings and 6 offers in just over two weeks.  With Warren’s advice we priced it right, sold for more than our asking price, and moved it quickly.

Thank you for the great job you did in representing us in the sale of our  home. We were very pleased with the number of showings.  We feel that was the results of your web site. You made it appealing for people to want to see.  The time frame was just what you said it would probably take to sell it.  We had 56 showings (counting the ones you personally and I showed it) It was approximately 60 days till it actually sold and it was to a family that was the 4th one to look at it.  (They had to sell their home first)  You stayed right on top of everything, kept us well informed about what was going on.  Even if you had nothing to report, you still called and touched base with me.

This letter is intended to offer my highest praise for my (now and the rest of my life) real estate agent Warren Beckman. I was destitute of hope and money concerning my house. When I purchased my house, I lacked the wisdom to use a real estate agent and instead bought straight from the builder.
