BUT, how would you like to never have to search again? I can create for you an MLS auto search program called the Gateway. If you email me with your criteria of what you are looking for in your next home, I can set up a Gateway for you. Once your Gateway is set up, it will search the MLS everyday for homes that fit your criteria.
If you are like most people, the first thing you do everyday is check your e-mail. If a new listing fitting your criteria is put on the market, you will know about first thing the morning after being put on the MLS. But, this program does a lot more than that. It is like a little web site created just for you. It will allow you to sort the possible listing into three different folders, your favorites, possibles and rejects. You can also write notes about a listing that you or your spouse can read on your/their next visit to your Gateway.
